Hi, I'm gonna present you an authentic american style bistro, Tin Pan Alley. Located in the heart of jakarta, They attracted so many food lovers, recently. Tin Pan Alley got wide varieties of comforting bistro food. Inspired by american culinary tradition :
EAT. DRINK. BE MERRY!
At first, I was so dazzled by their classic, yet cool interior design. It's quite unique that the bistro's shaped "L". It's not a big one, but simply awesome.
I tried several of their signature dishes. The first one was Tin Pan Alley Cheese Burger. Yes, It sounds very standard. I picked this one because there was "Tin Pan Alley" in its name. I hoped something special from this dish.

There's nothing more american than this! The all-natural homemade beef burger patty was served inside the toasted bun with a slice of cheddar cheese and crispy pork bacon. Served with seasoned french fries and coleslaw. It tasted so classic! For me the hero of the meal is the cheese and the bacon, SO JUICY!
After that, I got Spaghetti Aglio Olio with Chicken.

The simplest is often the best, and yes it was! This one was so special from its minced garlic and red pepper flakes to light olive oil and perfectly-cooked pasta. It tasted a bit too spicy, but so delicious.
Another pasta dishes I tried was Old-Fashioned Mac and Cheese. It's also one of their chef's recommendation.

It's an ultimate macaroni served with a perfect combination of crispy pork bacon and creamy yellow cheddar cheese sauce. Don't ever judge this one tasted like the mac and cheese we often got at the super market. It's totally different, like no other!
The next one is something 'heavy'. It's categorized as a "Food For Your Soul" in their menu, Mushroom-Stuffed Chicken Breast with White Butter Sauce.

Every good meals should be lasted with a sweet ending. So, I got an Apple Crumble Pie!

It's such a blissful pie. It tasted sleek and sour.
For the drinks I got Old-Fashioned Lemonade, Oh Happy Day, Sparkling Kiwi, Sparkling Strawberry, and Chocolate Float. My favorite was Oh Happy day. It did my day happy, no exaggerate! I

Overall, it's such a great pleasure to dine here. Even there's so many other western bistro like this, Tin Pan Alley's still outstanding. The atmosphere and foods bring a new experience that I'll never got at another place. The prices here were not cheap, but so so reasonable and worth spending.
